We are Fredericton's leading Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy and the most experienced BJJ team in town! We offer both adult and youth classes for beginner and advanced level practitioners. We are an affiliate of GFTeam.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an art of movement and problem solving. It will challenge you in ways that other sports cannot. At Synergy BJJ we believe that jiu-jitsu can be adapted for anyone, regardless of size, age, or physical ability. We seek to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for our members while they learn to master the art of BJJ.
